The mobile app is actually a special type of web page that is used by your People to respond to Requests and therefore does not require installation from any App Store.
The web page is designed to be shown on mobile devices and can only be accessed by clicking a unique hyperlink that is normally sent via email or text message. If the hyperlink is accidentally shared with others or if the Person should no longer have access to it, you have various options for securing and disabling the page.
You can request multiple documents on one Request or create a separate Request for each document then use the Due Date and Completion Date to track outstanding items. Each Request may be accessed by a unique hyperlink.
