Documents include images as well as PDF, Excel and other files that can be captured, uploaded or created within Document Portal.
- Use the Requests feature to send text messages asking people to provide certain documents
- Upload documents from your desktop that have been scanned or received by email
- Use your camera to capture images of filled-out forms, signed documents or credentials
- Use the Merge option to generate documents by merging people's information into Forms.
Each document can be categorized with tags and associated with a specific person for easy retrieval and organization.
