A "Document" is a record that describes a physical files such as a photo, scanned PDF or other file that has been uploaded into Document Portal from your computer.
Document Portal files are stored in the "cloud" and therefore are available to you anywhere that you have an Internet connection.
Each Document record can be associated with a person, tagged with keywords and given a name and description. Document Portal lets you search for documents based on their name, description, or associated tags. You can also find documents that are expiring or associated with a particular person. Once you've located a Document, you can view, download or print the associated file.
