A "User" can log into Document Portal with their email address and password to access Documents, People, Packages, Requests and other information within Document Portal.

A "Person" is unable to access Document Portal except to respond to Document Requests. You can enter information for each Person that can be merged into Forms to create Documents. You can also associate Documents with People then have the ability to find all documents which are related to a Person.
