How can I ensure I have everyone's documents?

You can create "Packages" that define sets of documents that are requested from each person.  For example, one package may require government forms such as the I9 and W4 while another package lists internal company forms such as a code of conduct, employment and housing agreements.  You can associate these packages with your people then assign incoming documents to the package items to "check them off".  Document Portal will let you know which documents are missing for each person.
