The Forms Gallery includes forms that have been uploaded by other Document Portal Users for your use. Once you've added a gallery form to your Document Portal account, you can download it to your computer then use a tool such as Adobe Acrobat to modify the form. For example, you may wish to pre-fill certain fields with your company information or add your logo. Once you've saved your changes, you can use the "Replace File" option on the "Form Details" screen to upload the modified form. Document Portal will retain existing form field mappings and attempt to map newly added fields.
